Return, Exchange, and Warranty Policy

Zard.sa is committed to customer satisfaction and transparency. Please review the following policies regarding returns, exchanges, and product warranty:
1. Return or Exchange Within 7 Days (No Reason Required)
Customers may request a return or exchange within seven (7) days of receiving their item, without providing a reason, subject to the following conditions:

The item must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging, including all labels and protective stickers.

The item must be in a resalable condition.

Shipping, packaging, and bank fees will be covered by the customer in this case.

Requests can be submitted directly through the Order Details page on your account.
2. Defects or Malfunctions Within 7 Days
Customers are entitled to notify us of any defects or malfunctions discovered within seven (7) days from the date of receipt. The item must be delivered by the customer to the authorized service center.

If the defect is due to a manufacturing issue, the product will either be:

Repaired at no cost, or
-
Replaced with a new identical item, or
-
Replaced with a different item, after deducting the used value of the original item and collecting the price difference (if any).

Shipping and packaging costs will be covered by Zard.sa.

If the issue is caused by misuse, including:

Physical damage or breakage
-
Exposure to water, heat, or humidity
-
Improper handling or installation
-
Unauthorized repairs or modifications
-
Use of incompatible accessories or memory cards
The item will not be eligible for replacement or repair under warranty.

In such misuse cases, or if no fault is found, the customer shall bear the shipping and return costs.

You may submit a service or exchange request from the Order Details page.
3. Warranty Service (During Warranty Period)
If a defect or malfunction arises during the item’s warranty period, the customer may contact us to request a warranty service, provided that the item is delivered to the authorized service center.

Valid warranty claims will result in either:

Free repair of the item, or
-
Replacement with an identical item, or
-
Replacement with a different item after deducting the value of the item’s usage and charging the customer the difference in price (if applicable).

If the issue results from misuse or non-compliance with operating instructions (as detailed in section 2), it will not be covered under warranty.

The customer must cover the cost of shipping and packaging for return delivery in non-covered cases.

4. General Terms

Each item is eligible for one exchange or return only.

Return and exchange policies may vary by merchant.

Refunds (where applicable) are processed to the customer’s bank account within seven (7) business days.

The customer is responsible for shipping the item to the service center for inspection.

Use of incompatible or unauthorized chargers, ports, cables, or memory cards will void the warranty.

The customer must settle all shipping and packaging fees within seven (7) days of being notified. If no payment is received within this period, the store reserves the right to dispose of the item without further notice.
